#Buffstuff Is Back!The ever so popular Torva excursion is back with a slightly redesigned new look. Operation: Buff Stuff is a 6 week program that focuses on strength and muscle building exercises. Be prepared to become best friends with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands! We have designed this class to work perfectly alongside your normal Crossfit training schedule and programming. The program will be two days a week but this time the class will meet once a week, Monday nights at 6:30pm, and have one day of “homework”. This was designed to be more flexible to everyone's schedules. Coach Katie will go over all movements for both days and answer any questions during Monday’s in person session!
